Who operates this website
BillMerit is an early-stage software project operated from South Africa. It is aimed initially at commercial service contractors in the United States. Contact the operator using the email address below.
Information received
This marketing website has no signup form, account login, tracking pixel or live payment checkout. If you choose to email us, we receive what you send, such as your name, email address, organization and message. Please do not send real work-order exports or confidential customer information until we agree on a secure intake process.
Web hosting and technical data
The public pages are hosted through Cloudflare, which may process technical information required to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses, browser information, request metadata and security logs. Those activities are governed by Cloudflare's policies. We do not deliberately add marketing analytics or advertising trackers to these pages.
How we use information
We use emails you send to answer inquiries, discuss a possible demonstration or audit, and maintain necessary communication records. We do not sell your contact details or use this website to collect card payment details.
Email and service providers
Messages sent using the site's mail links are delivered through your email provider and our email provider. Cloudflare delivers the static website. If we introduce other providers, analytics, uploads, accounts or payments, we will update the applicable notices before introducing those features.
Cookies and site features
These static pages do not set an application login cookie, because there is no customer login on the public site. Cloudflare may use security-related cookies or similar technologies as necessary to protect web traffic.
Retention and your rights
Email conversations are retained as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries and keep legitimate business records, unless a longer legal obligation applies. Contact us to ask for access, correction or deletion of information provided in your messages, subject to applicable legal requirements.
